A T.M.A.S. login error usually means your account isn't linked to a valid T.M.A.S. subscription license. This happens most often when the account was created in the free SMS smartphone app. To fix it, activate a T.M.A.S. subscription, or contact Storetraffic Tech Support to link an existing one to your account. If your problem is a forgotten password, a disabled account, a login code or a blank screen, see Other reasons you can't log in.
Which errors does this cover?
When you try to log in to the T.M.A.S. portal, you may see either of these:
-
"An error occurred: Profile May Not Update Licensing Data..."
-
A server-side error saying you're unable to log in to T.M.A.S. This affects all users on any device.
What causes a T.M.A.S. login error?
T.M.A.S. can't find a valid subscription license for your account. This usually happens when the account was created in the free SMS smartphone app and was never linked to a T.M.A.S. subscription.
